This two hour master class will be taught by some of the talented chefs behind Kaspar’s Seafood Bar and Grill. Guests will have the chance to learn how to cook and prepare seafood classics such as Scottish lobsters, hand dived scallops and Cornish crab along with acquiring expert tips and recipes which have given Kaspar’s its reputation as one of the finest places to dine in London.
